Refund Guidelines

We recognize that plans may change. To accommodate this, we offer the following refund options based on cancellation timing:

• 100% Refund – If you cancel 5 or more days before your scheduled delivery date.

• 50% Refund – If the cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to delivery.

• No Refund – If you cancel less than 3 days before the delivery date.

Return & Replacement Conditions

While we cannot offer refunds for completed deliveries, we do provide replacements when necessary. Items may be replaced if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• The item was harmed during shipping.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• The item must be returned in its original condition within 3 working days.

Please Note: We do not allow product exchanges for different items once delivered.
